· Official Room Check-in is from 12 pm to 9 pm and Check-out is on/before 10 am. Extending Check out time is chargeable while Early check-in is Free but on request & as per availability.
· Guests are required to handover their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key, they are obligated to pay the penalty.
· Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.
· From 21:00 to 07:00 hours are the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause any noise that can disturb other guests.
· If any guest leaves the room locked or don’t come to Reception for Check-out even after official check out time without prior intimation to reception, Homestay reserves the right to enter the room through master key due to Safety & Security reasons and if any luggage is found, guest can collect the same from reception. Also, if any criminal activity found, Homestay authority will not bear any responsibility and inform local police at the earliest.
· Homestay bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to inform Reception immediately.
· For any damage caused by the Guest to the homestay property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Homestay.
· Guests may have visitors in their rooms which must be registered at Reception. Visits are allowed until 8 pm and in case of extended visit after 8 pm, homestay will charge additional amount of INR 800 including per person per night.
· Wi-Fi internet is free and available in entire homestay. Password is provided at Reception.
· Homestay guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces of the Homestay. It is not allowed to take explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals in to the Homestay.
· Homestay has arranged Free parking in front of the Homestay building. Homestay takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle at the parking.
· It is not allowed to take out room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels) from the Homestay.
· If you have any suggestion on Homestay service or if you have any problem in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of late notice for any complaints that you might have, when Homestay has no chance to react, those situations will not be addressed right away & may take time.
· This homestay is not registered under GST yet. For accommodations, online guests (MakeMyTrip /GoIbibo / Booking.com /Agoda/Expedia) can find GST Invoice from the booking portal itself & walk in/offline guests will be provided non-GST Invoice from Reception. For food consumptions during stay, non-GST Invoice can be provided from Reception on request.
· Please switch off all electrical appliances like AC, Geyser, TV, lights, fan while you’re out from your room.
