· Official Room Check-in at our homestay is from 12 pm to 9 pm, and Check-out is to be completed on or before 10 am. Extending the check-out time may incur a charge, while early check-in is complimentary upon request and subject to availability.
· Guests are required to hand over their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If keys are lost or not returned, guests will incur a penalty as outlined in our homestay rules.
· Only guests duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document may occupy the rooms.
· The hours from 21:00 to 07:00 are designated for night peace. We kindly encourage every guest to be mindful during this period to avoid disturbances, in adherence to our privacy policy.
· If a guest leaves the room locked or does not check out at the reception after the official check-out time without prior notice, the homestay reserves the right to enter the room using a master key for safety and security reasons. Any luggage found can be collected at reception. Additionally, if any criminal activity is suspected, the homestay authorities will promptly notify local police, as part of our terms and conditions.
· The homestay bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of personal belongings. In the event of any loss, please inform the reception immediately.
· Guests will be responsible for covering the cost of any damage they cause to homestay property.
· Guests may have visitors in their rooms, provided they are registered at the reception. Visits are allowed until 8 pm, and for extended visits beyond this time, a fee of INR 800 per person per night will be charged.
· Complimentary Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the homestay. The password can be obtained from the reception.
· All homestay guests are expected to wear appropriate clothing and footwear when moving through the public areas. The possession of explosives, weapons, flammable materials, or other dangerous chemicals is strictly prohibited in the homestay.
· Free parking is available in front of the homestay building. Please note that the homestay is not responsible for any damage or loss of vehicles parked in this area.
· Removal of room inventory, such as pillows, blankets, and towels, from the homestay is not allowed.
· We value your feedback; if you have any suggestions regarding the homestay service or encounter an issue in your room, please inform us at your earliest convenience. Late notifications regarding complaints may not be addressed immediately due to our terms and conditions.
· This homestay is not yet registered under GST. Online guests (from platforms like MakeMyTrip, GoIbibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia) can obtain a GST invoice directly from the booking portal, whereas walk-in or offline guests will receive a non-GST invoice from the reception. A non-GST invoice for food consumed during your stay can also be provided upon request.
· Kindly switch off all electrical appliances, including AC, geyser, TV, lights, and fan, when you leave your room.
